From 2023 to 2025, I went behind the scenes at a distillery that set its sights on becoming "one of the next great houses of Bourbon." During this time, Hard Truth Distilling Co. launched its line of sweet mash bourbons, and I was able to document every aspect of whiskey-making at the distillery in Brown County, Indiana.​
